This site is operated by VITHAI, a specialty-coffee business sourcing Arabica coffee from farmers in Tamil Nadu, India.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send an order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days; delivery timelines then depend on the courier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hello@vithaicoffee.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.

To help you enter your delivery and billing address at checkout, this site uses Google Maps features and content (including the Google Places API). By using the address-search feature, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (which incorporate the Google Privacy Policy). Those terms and Google’s Privacy Policy describe how Google collects and processes data when you use these features.

To fulfil your order we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, and delivery/billing address — and share what’s necessary with the service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (Razorpay), the address-search provider (Google, see section 5), and our shipping and email partners. We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates about new coffee. We do not sell your personal information.

The Vithai name, logo, site content, photography, and product descriptions are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Google Maps content shown at checkout remains the property of Google and its licensors.

We take care to describe our products accurately and to keep the site running, but the site and products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
