Sittan and his wife with his mother and children reside in thandikudi, they have access to harvest 2 acres of forest area where coffee has naturally propagated and wildly grown over several decades.
Our hands-on selective-harvesting training — picking only fully ripe cherry — lifts cup quality directly, and because we pay a quality premium on clean fruit, it lifts farmer revenue in the same motion.
